We are delighted to welcome you to Lagonisi Olive Retreat.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests and to preserve the quality of the property, we kindly ask that you observe the following House Rules.
These rules form part of every reservation. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring that all guests and visitors understand and follow them.
1. Registered guests and occupancy
- Maximum six overnight guests.
- A baby cot may be provided only when requested and confirmed in advance.
- Only persons included in the reservation may stay overnight.
- Outside visitors require prior approval and may never cause the property’s safe capacity to be exceeded.
2. Check-in and checkout
- Check-in: after 15:00.
- Checkout: before 11:00.
- Follow the self-check-in, key and access instructions provided before arrival.
- Return keys as instructed and secure doors, windows and gates when leaving.
3. Pets
- Pets are allowed.
- Pets must be supervised and must not create persistent noise, nuisance, damage or hygiene problems.
- Guests must remove pet waste and are responsible for pet-related damage or additional cleaning.
4. Parties, celebrations and events
- Quiet private celebrations by the registered guests are allowed.
- Prior written approval is required for organised events, outside visitors, amplified music, DJs, professional equipment, decorations fixed to the property, commercial activity or photography/video production.
- Open-invitation, disruptive, unauthorised or neighbourhood-disturbing gatherings are not allowed.
- The maximum occupancy and all platform rules remain applicable at all times.
5. Quiet hours and neighbours
- Summer period, 1 April–30 September: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
- Winter period, 1 October–31 March: 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30.
- During quiet hours, keep voices, music, vehicles and outdoor activity at a level that cannot disturb neighbours.
- Respect the rural setting, neighbouring properties and local community at all times.
6. Smoking and fire safety
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the accommodation.
- Dispose of smoking materials safely outdoors and never on the ground or in vegetation.
- Candles, fireworks, sky lanterns and other open flames are not allowed.
- Use the barbecue only as instructed and never during an official fire-risk restriction or when conditions are unsafe.
7. Pool and outdoor safety
- There is no lifeguard. Use of the pool and outdoor areas is at the guest’s own responsibility.
- Children and persons who cannot swim must be continuously supervised by a responsible adult.
- No diving, running, pushing or glassware in or around the pool.
- Do not enter the pool while intoxicated or use electrical equipment near water.
8. Property care
- Use furniture, appliances, air conditioning, plumbing and outdoor equipment responsibly.
- Do not move indoor furniture outdoors or make alterations.
- Report damage, malfunction, leakage or safety concerns immediately.
- Do not remove property items, towels or equipment from the premises, except items expressly intended for outdoor use.
9. Waste, parking and security
- Place rubbish in the designated bins and follow any recycling instructions.
- Park only in the designated area without blocking access or neighbouring property.
- Close and lock the property when leaving. Do not share access codes or keys with unregistered persons.
10. Serious breaches
A serious or repeated breach, including unauthorised occupancy, disruptive gathering, dangerous conduct, unlawful activity or deliberate damage, may result in intervention, termination of the stay and claims for documented loss, subject to applicable law and platform procedures.
